  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unwashed and free of pet hair, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48 business hours.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
